When we set out to create a teletriage company for pets we investigated a model that already had a proven track record—teletriage for children! It makes sense doesn’t it? The patients cannot talk, the parent is very worried, the doctor is not available, and the nurses on the phone are a great comfort. Trellis Pet Care is deeply indebted to the nurses in the human health care field who helped us develop our systems.
At our core, we are a pet health care information company willing to use advanced communication technologies and new forms or veterinary practice to comfort and support pet owners.
